Manifesting Change: Meditation

Meditation is a practice of the mind; training the mind's attention & awareness. It is a state of awareness.

The Law of Attraction, prevailing as one of the Universal Laws, states that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person can produce positive or negative results. The base of this law, is that thoughts are made from energy and like energy attracts like energy. You are responsible for what you attract - the process is as simple as ask, believe and receive.

The Law of Attraction allows one to manifest anything when given attention & force. Manifestation is the act of seeing or visualizing something, the indication of existence. Following the law of attraction and meditation one can manifest anything ,an abundance of whatever.

"As you perceive something, you give birth to a thought, and this thought now thinks. Now that it exists, now that it has been conjured, now that it has been focused, now it vibrates. Now, by Law of Attraction, other thoughts that are vibrationally same will come to it. So it begins its expansion immediately." - Abraham Hicks

How to use meditation & the Law of Attraction:

Sit comfortably, legs crossed & body relaxed.
Stop ALL inner & outer thoughts: no noise.
Close eyes & focus only on breathing, to reduce thoughts.
Observe each breathe as energy. Feel the energy joyfully.
*Feelings of relaxation are associated with pure love.*
Imagine each breathe reaching into your heart with love.
Sending love to your heart, ask your heart what it desires right now.
Feel at peace. Feel the energy moving up your body, starting from your feet, legs, stomach, chest, throat, & head. Extend the energy out from your head, knowing that this energy is powerful at creating what your heart desires.
Move your fingers and toes. Open your eyes with the final thought that you have manifested what you want - the vibration is present.
(Meditate on this for 20-30 minutes daily)

Manifestation Affirmation: I open myself to receiving abundance of the Universe.

What is yoga?
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice. Originating in ancient India, it was practiced to reach a state of permanent peace.

Hello beautiful Souls!

Hello beautiful souls, welcome to Bye Ego! I am Milana, the dedicated blogger of Bye Ego. I have always been passionate about health and balancing the mind, body and spirit. With my own experiences and years of study, I will be sharing motivating and interesting information on mental, spiritual and psychical health. Do you like yoga, meditation, or exercising? Do you want a powerful mindset? Do you want to manifest certain things into your life?  Ever dream of living a happy, beautiful and healthy life? Bye Ego is all about positivity. On this blog you can find all kinds of positive affirmations that can manifest life changes.

So you may be wondering what is an affirmation and how does it work? An affirmation is a statement of truth (or existence of something). It is the thoughts that you are aware of and fully believe in. Every time you read an affirmation it goes into your subconscious mind and reprograms your way of thinking. Scientists have stated that nearly 75% of all the thoughts we have each day are negative. Negative thoughts equal negative emotions, and negative emotions result in an imbalance in our body's energy system. Imbalances suck out our life's energy (what I'll call "Life Juice") and fills it with stress and vulnerability to diseases. Ever get a headache from a friend that complains? Thoughts that you “thought” didn’t matter really do.

Today's affirmation is: I am healthy and strong. Read this affirmation as many times as you desire and feel the words taking place into your life. The best way to manifest anything into your life is by feeling. So what does it feel like when you are healthy and strong? Can you recall a time in your life when you were healthy and strong? Think of this moment and focus in on it for as long as possible.
(Note to self: The calmer the self is the more focused the self is - this is the state of consciousness that is needed to magnetize.)
